AEED predicts how long a work ticket will take to resolve based on historical data.

In 2013, IFOST started developing proprietary machine learning algorithms tuned for service desk, helpdesk and developer work tickets. These algorithms analyse the tickets that you have already resolved and extract features out of them that can be used to identify which tickets are going to be easy or hard to resolve.
