How to Install AEED

AEED is only available for cloud-hosted JIRA instances at the moment.


Step 1. Select "Add-Ons" from the JIRA Administration menu.

 

Step 2. Select Find new Add-ons from the list on the left-hand side.

 

Step 3. In "Search the Marketplace", enter "AEED".

Step 4. Click on Install.

There are no surprises in the Privacy and Data Protection policy.

 

Step 5. Close the dialog box

 

 

AEED will now start making predictions about how long your tickets will take to resolve.
